Shipping policy

Pre-Order items take up 26 business days to be shipped to you from the closing date of the pre-order, unless stated otherwise!

All other ready to ship orders will ship within 3-5 business days.

Once your package is shipped and dropped off to the distributor, it is no longer our responsibility from there.

If your package is lost or damaged, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company. 

Also, please make sure the shipping address is correct when placing your order, if it is not and is shipped to the wrong address, we will not refund or replace the item(s) that you had ordered.
